While some of our members were unable to attend due to preliminary examinations, the turnout and energy on the mat were nothing short of inspiring.
The atmosphere was electric, filled with people genuinely enjoying what they do. The sounds of cracks and creaks from intense rolls were often drowned out by the laughter and playful exasperation of those giving their all. This perfect blend of effort and camaraderie is a reflection of what makes our community so special.
From the first roll to the last, this session showcased the skill, dedication, and spirit of our students. It’s clear that the Newaza Open Mat has the potential to become a cornerstone of our training program, offering immense benefits to all participants.
